The Binney Group is a luxury property and construction company with more than 15 years experience in the industry. We were approached to create a unified identity and suite of websites for the group. Our brief was to convey the premium service they deliver their clients and to elevate their brand above the competition.
LEAP Chichester created a harmonious suite of identities for the group, with each group company receiving its own logo, bespoke pattern, colour palette and unique material photography. The result is a luxurious, modern suite of brands that reflect the group's prestige and premium customer experience, with the four brands working together to form one larger group identity. This branding was then applied across corporate literature, stationery, and marketing materials, in addition to the individual company websites.
The new branding was brought to life in the new, fully responsive websites for Stately Homes, Stately Estates and The Freeland Property Partnership. Each site shares an underlying framework for consistency across the group, while allowing each individual brand to shine.
To target a specific client base across multiple regions, the Stately Homes and Stately Estates websites are multilingual, with English, Russian, Mandarin and Arabic translations available. Furthermore, we built a client portal, offering clients a unique user login for them to view selected property brochures upon request.
