Renowned employer brand experience consultancy, exaqueo, partnered with us to develop the employer brand creative for their luxury hotel client, Kempinski. In collaboration, we designed and built a careers website, created marketing materials, including an employer brand video, and produced a set of brand guidelines.
With a proud 120-year history of exclusivity, individuality and luxury, Kempinski Hotels have an impressive international presence with 76 five-star hotels and residencies in 31 countries. Our team had to ensure that the creative approach would resonate across these diverse global markets.
The chosen concept ‘Crafted by You’ is a celebration of the people of Kempinski. To emphasise the importance of Kempinski team members, the concept called for photo shoots across multiple hotels to create a series of employee portraits in a high-quality editorial style.
The employer brand video was edited by LEAP’s film and post team. This included commissioning a composer to create music that would work in harmony with the luxury brand.
We developed the careers website based on a thorough understanding of Kempinski’s key users. We structured the content to ensure that we could communicate the heritage of timeless elegance and clearly show the global opportunities for a wide range of hospitality personnel. As a result of exaqueo’s research, we included the personal stories of employees to highlight what it’s like to work for Kempinski. We also integrated Kempinski’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure a seamless user experience when applying for roles.
